Social Media Management

The digital landscape is always changing. Websites like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube help connect everyone across the planet. To help prepare students to become responsible internet users, the Social Media strand at Leichman is here to guide the way. Students with become familiar with the latest digital communications trends while also learning about online safety. In addition, the Social Media strand also organizes and prepares the school year book. Students take photos and arrange page layouts in addition to their regular academic learning. Class goals include things like: 

• Becoming familiar with the different social media sites.
• Managing content created by the school for digital presentation.
• Running the school Instagram page with updates and achievements from the other school strands.
• Photographing school activities and events and creating the Leichman yearbook.
